MicroSATA to SATA adaptor?

Hello,

I bought a used SSD from eBay for cheap but to my surprise when it arrived i noticed that the connectors where small, the SATA data cable does seem to fit but the SATA power cable does not because it's too large
Would this work?

No that one wont work thats for a different interface.
