8gb ram and always around 60 percent used, when i play games they drop to 15 fps due to ram usage.

How do you know games drop to 15 fps due to ram usage?

P.S. - Your images are not displaying for some reason, but i downloaded them and i'll look them over.

You are using Windows 10 Enterprise?

FX-4130 CPU

8GB of ram and a GTX 450.

sorry about the images, as for the evidence the only thing that makes sense is that because the task manager shows memory usage at 80 and 90 percent when playing and at 60/70 when not doing anything important E.G. chrome with a couple of tabs.

Chrome can eat up memory depending.

Try using Edge and see if the usage goes down.

What's the memory usage after a reboot and just sitting on the desktop with no browsers open?

I'm not sure there is anything wrong with your computer, other than it's getting a bit old and out of date. 60% to 70% of ram under normal usage is not a problem. Windows 10 or any other OS is going to use ram based on how much is available for it to use. If you only had 4gb of ram Windows 10 would adjust to that.

As for your games dropping to 15fps, that all depends on what games you are playing. Some games require a faster video card to run smoothly, and a GTS 450 is becoming relatively slow by today's standards.

The thing is i didnt have these kind of drops before, its recent occurrence.

Run a game where you are getting low frame rates write it down in this post. List the name of that game, and how many FPS you are getting. Other tomshardware forum members who are familiar with that game can tell you if its too low for your CPU and GPU, or about what you should expect from your system.

I play League of Legends, which shouldn't have any problems running on a potato. My fps drops form 120 fps to 15 fps randomly sometimes during teamfights and sometimes for no reason whatsoever.

Take a look at this post and see if it helps;
