3200MHz RAM won't go above 2400MHz

Specs:
CPU: Ryzen 7 1700
Mobo: asus tuf b350m-plus gaming
CPU Cooler: Deepcool gammaxx s40
GPU: Nvidia evga gtx 1070
PSU: EVGA G3 750W
RAM: HyperX Predator 8gb (4x2) 3200 mhz


After changing mhz on my ram in uefi, pc just restarts 3 times in row and he doesnt want go forward without changing mhz back on 2400
 
Solution
The XMP profiles are not guaranteed to work on all modules, with all board pairings.
Ryzen specifically, is a little more picky than other platforms.

Unless the RAM kit appears on the QVL, there's no guarantees at all.

No 3200MHz kit from Kingston appears on the QVL for that board

You might want to set your speeds manually, potentially loosening timings some if you want to achieve the full 3200MHz.
Alternatively, if there are other XMP profiles on the chip (2866Mhz, 3000MHz etc), those might work.
