Help with pc build, budget around 4k

Hello Everyone!
Hope that everyone is doing great!
I'm going to assembly a new workstation, i will use mainly softwares like Houdini, Maya, Zbrush, in particular rendering/heavy 3d simulations (fluids/explosions) also there will be on the side of that Pro Gaming and also streaming ( could be youtube and twitch ).
So it comes to this, kindly check the specs I'm going for and tell me what do you think.
My budget around 4k euros, any tip/trick is highly appreciated, thank for your help!

Avoid x299 for now, Intel really needs to rework them:

X399 is much better which runs cooler, cost less and more PCIe lanes, better upgrade path.

Only comment is the ram, get 64 in a pack, separate packs will not work. Like this:

You will need exactly same timing ram to make it work, but diferent packs may have slightly different timing which makes it not work. Get the ram you will need now is recommended.
