Advise on my £650 build please

Hi, i have put together this build for work pc that I also want to play cod ww2 and new total war games on sometimes. has to have 1TB hard drive, 8gb memory and quad core for work, everything else changeable.

Its £50 over budget right now so need to lose something and would appreciate comments or alternative builds!

Thanks for responses, i do have to have 1TB secondary drive for work and cost has to be under £700.. any ideas?

For total war or cod games where would the bottleneck be in this build?
