The GTX 1050ti will work in your motherboard but you may not get the graphic cards full speed. The motherboards PCIe x16 slot runs at the slower PCIe Gen.2, but the card runs at the faster PCIe Gen.3 speed.

MSI RX 560 AERO ITX OC 4GB. This card is not very expensive. MSI recommends running this card with at least a 400watt power supply.

Any modern video card you try to run on an older motherboard may be a bit bottle-necked, there is no way around that, but i think a Radeon RX 560 card is about the best you can do.
