What Should I upgrade?

I would like to upgrade a component in my pc for more FPS, but don't know which to upgrade.
Specs:
cpu - i5 4960k
gpu - Radeon r9 390
Ram - 16gb
motherboard- Asus z97-A

Budget? TBH that's a really good system, what game(s) are trying to get more FPS with?

One of my gaming PC's at home is a i5-4690k, 16GB mem & an RX 580 4GB. That can play just about any game on high settings at 1080p. So I'd suggest upgrading the GPU

I'm trying to play PUBG on higher settings. I haven't OC'd my cpu as I'm new to that stuff. Budget is $400 max.

If your only issue is PUBG then I would wait for a patch as the game hasn't even left early access and it's not your hardware.

In the meantime I would just adjust the settings to get the FPS you want.
