After buying a gtx 1060 I couldn't install the drivers because my psu was garbage, I sold that psu thinking that at least one of the other two I had would work with integrated graphics, the first PSU was an fsp and the second I don't remember but it was sketchtastic AF. I booted the pc with the Fsp supply and it worked fine so I sold the cx600 had before to a friend within one hour of that occurrence. When I got back I rebooted the pc and got a no post (fans spin but no display). After this I tried the sketchtastic PSU and the fans jerked a bit then the PSUs fan was the only one spinning. I have now got a no post with the RM 650 where the fans do spin but no display (and no keyboard light).

So here's what I've done to troubleshoot:
disconnected hdds
Disconnected EPS
Removed GPU
Removed ram
tried a different fm2 motherboard even, same result except now I've gone insane
Specs: 2+4gb ram
AMD a8+5500 CPU
MSI a68h e33 V2+ ms7800(the one I swapped for)
And two hard drives 1tb+3tb

I removed the memory and put it in different slots though I have not cleaned them out yet, as for my case: when troubleshooting I made myself a test bench it off the motherboard box
