My ASRock Z170M Pro4S LGA 1151 Intel Z170 Micro ATX Motherboard died after 20 months. Bought through NewEgg. Turns out it's still under warranty!
I filled out the ASRock form for an RMA. "The RMA approval process generally takes 1 to 2 working days."

After I get that and then send them my MB,
how long does it typically take before they complete their testing and send out a replacement?

Thanks

God, I wish I had your experience.
Not counting shipping time, it took 6 weeks for ASRock to replace my board.
But before that, I had to ship it to the retailer, who tested it, refused a refund, send me a dodgy second hand one, which I sent back, then sent it to the distributor and finally on to ASRock.

All up, 10 weeks.

I am in Australia. That might count for some of the delays. Also, our consumer protection laws are pretty terrible.

That's awful, I live in the US so I imagine the turn around was much faster because of that.
