Hi so in my new PC i have better fps from my old HDD like 500-600 fps in csgo with no bots but in my new hdd i have like 150-200 i installed gpu driver throught CD which came with the gpu iam using and also motherboard with a cd and updated windows. Can you please help me ?thanks

There's no way a mere HDD difference would account for THAT much performance gain, unless one of them had bad sectors. Have you ran a diagnostic tool on them?

MB drivers meaning chipset drivers. You don't want to update the MB BIOS unless absolutely necessary.
So I updated latest gpu driver and nothing changed also i noticed when i launch csgo i see 100% cpu usage- i have ryzen 5 1600 gpu 1060 6gb 8gb its realy weird that on my old hdd it runs better. Also i used the old hdd from my laptop (didnt updated windows, gpu driver and motherboard only added the hdd )first to the new pc and then i remove it from the pc and added the new hdd installed win 10 updated it and gpu driver .
