I recommend at least a 1060 6gb or better I currently run a 1080ti and it still dips to 55fps but i think I'm in the same boat as you I think ddr3 and older cpu's are limiting smoothness on this game as I have a 4790k @ 4.7ghz ddr3 @2.66ghz and in airplane i can see dips to 45fps most everything on very low except aa and draw distance on ultra.

1050 ti is way cheaper than my card 4 years ago, it costs around P7,000 brand new now.
1060 is P15,000 second hand.
I think 1060 is the way to go, I have to save now til Christmas.
