Which graphic card to buy? Nvidia GTX 1070?

I am looking to upgrade my graphic card from an nvidia geforce gtx 660, but dont know which graphic card would be worth it (price/performance).
All the models I saw of the nvidia 1070 says OC, that means they already came overclocked?

For the current games in the market does a 450USD graphic card worth it?

I have an Intel I7-7700K, and a MSI Z270 Gaming G3 motherboard.

Open to any suggestions

The 1070 is a great fit for your specs and worth the $$$ , that OC is the way it comes out of the factory , therefore called factory OVERCLOCKED. :) Already overclocked some for the buyer.

Why are there somo many models of the 1070 gtx? is there any real difference between them? or is just the difference in styles?
