I have a 16 GB pendrive but pendrive shows Please Insert a Disk Into Removable Disk? How can i open this pen drive?

open disk manager and see if the drive has a partition. if the partition is missing you will need to install one before you can format and use the drive.
disk manager can be accessed by right clicking on computer and when the popup menu appears go down to manage. under Storage select the disk management console. from here you can partition the drive, format the drive, etc.
