Do i need to update my motherboard?

Hi. I have M2N68-AM SE2 motherboard with AMD Athlon II x2 215. Im planning to get AMD Phenom II X4 945. My bios version is 1101. Do i need to update my motherboard or im ok?

BIOS should be fine as per ASUS support list

should be good to go. AMD list 2 945 both need a lower Bios to work on the board then you have so your fine.
