Depends on your motherboard. It wouldn't do any good, for example, to buy a Pentium G4560 if you don't have a compatible Skylake/Kaby Lake motherboard, even though it's well under your budget (https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/products/cpu/#X=0,14572&sort=price&page=1).
