Depends on what you want to do. Your current board is still up to date. If you are an avid overclocker and your PC runs as a workstation, then I'd say go for the new board. If not, then don't bother. Just consider the fact that upgrading a new board means getting a new license of Windows as well. If you've got the cash, go for it.
