PSU is poor quality.
Extra Thermal paste not needed
Mb can be cheaper
Gtx 1080 can not do 4k. You need 1080ti for that, and 1440p 144Hz gaming is better.
Too much spending on peripheral.
Case not very good except looking
You can make your own Windows bootable device.

Also, sorry to bother you with so many questions but can't I downscale the 4k monitor or would it make it look bad?

You can downscale, but it can only do 60Hz then. 60 and 100 FPS has huge difference in gaming experience, but if you are ok with it, you can keep your 4k pick.

Yes, that is why 1440p 144Hz will be better than 4k 60Hz. You can pay a visit to bestbuy or similar shops to see for yourself before make a decision
