Hi. I was planning on buying s340 elite and I would like to know if i can use the 2 included fn v2 airflow fans to the 240mm radiator. I wanted to change the fans at the rear and top with rgb fans then put the included fans on the radiator. Would that work?

I would honestly ONLY use those fans as rear or top exhaust fans. That .9 mm H₂O static pressure is among the lowest I've ever seen for any mainstream fan sold by any of the better known companies and low static pressure fans work well as exhaust fans since they do not need to be high static pressure.

That's because there is very little to no actual resistance since the outside air pressure is generally lower and there is no resistance to the airflow like there is with a radiator, heat sink or intake fan. Since these are what they throw in for free with some of their cases, that shouldn't be too surprising. They're not going to include a good 20+ dollar fan without charging an added premium for it.

I'd use those as exhaust fans on...
Why would you need to put them on a radiator? If this is a closed loop AIO cooler it will come with it's own fans.

Plus those fans offer a fairly low CFM but more importantly they have only a .9 mm H₂O static pressure. That is VERY low for any fan, much less for one you intend to use on a radiator or heatsink. I would not recommend it. Performance will suffer.

A 120mm fan is a 120mm fan. They all mount the same. But that doesn't necessarily mean they work the same. The fn v2 fans are pretty decent for their application and very quiet, but really are designed as case fans, not radiator fans. The nzxt radiators use the FX series, significantly different design.

I'd use those as exhaust fans on your case and then I'd probably recommend you find a good fan made by Noctua, Be Quiet, Thermalright (NOT Thermaltake), Noiseblocker, EVGA, Scythe or Corsair.

While I haven't read any reviews on them yet, but plan to, those EVGA fans look pretty exceptional for 20 bucks with 113CFM and a massive 4.2mm static pressure. The Noctua industrial PWM fans however have a similar static pressure with about a 5db quieter sound pressure level.
