Hi, which RAM do u recommend for this motherboard? I m going for 64gb. I dont care about OC i need a stable system. Thanks a lot

I have not heard that myself. When was this YouTube video posted? This may have been an issue with some motherboards when x399 was first released, but any of these problems were probably quickly fixed with BIOS updates from the motherboard makers.

Keep in mind you say your not in for adventures, but x399 is pretty much at the bleeding edge of technology.

Haha yea ur right i guess, but it strikes me tempting to have a powerful workstation without paying a fortune. I just saw some reviews today in utube, video was like 2 months old and had this issue and im not sure what to expect from x399 so im trying to cover my a** here :D

I don't think there is one, it's the motherboard that deals with the ram so look closely at the motherboards memory specifications.

When ever i'm buying a new computer part i always look at the Customer Reviews on sites like Newegg and Amazon, are there a lot of positive reviews or negative.

There should not be any difference in speed between those 2 options, so if you choose 4x16, you would have the option to add another 64GB in the future if you wanted. It uses Quad Channel Memory with a maximum capacity of 128GB
