I've put together a computer which with the right configurations runs quite quiet and cold, other than the graphics card if it's stressed. But would for example a sea hawk hybrid card or some other configuration make it more quiet or effective?

Case and fans: Fractal Design Focus G Mini Mid Tower (changed out the 2 included fans with Noctura NF-F12)

Cpu cooling: Cooler Master Masterliquid 240 (Changed out the 2 included fans with Noctura NF-F12)
Psu: Seasonic Platinum 520 Fanless PSU
Storage: Samsung 960 EVO 500GB M.2 PCIe SSD 3200/1800MB/s Samsung SSD 840 EVO 500GB SSD Seagate 2TB Desktop Hard Disk Drive 7200rpm
