gtx 1080 or i7 7700k first?

Hello! I have an i5 4690k and gtx 1060 so i'd like to ask should i get gtx 1080 or i7 7700k. I cant get both right now.

Get the Z270 motherboard , DDR4 Ram , and the 7700k first. That way after it's all set , you just plug in the new 1080 and your done. :)

I would try to sell your 1060 and 4690K and get a used i7 4790K (works with your board and memory) and look at a GTX 1070ti.
If I was going to buy a new processor and board I would look at the 6 core i5 8600K paired with a Z370 board and DDR4 memory.
