i see videos of csgo at 60fps and they are soo smoother than my csgo game. I also play at constant 60fps (gtx 1050) but why mine is not that smooth ?

The game might have been recorded for 60fps in youtube/twitch, but the game itself was running at 300fps, if you look at some recordings from streamers you will see some of them with their net graph on, there you will see they are playing with 200+fps.

Also Vsync causes a lot of lag input, its never a good option for an FPS game. That's the main reason why 144-280hz monitors are becoming more and more available.

Like I said, in CSGO you want at least 200fps, the optimal amount is 300.

Something that could help reduce the input lag even more is to make sure you have the prerendered frames set to 1 under you Nvidia 3D settings.
