Hi all,
I have a old laptop with dead motherborad, however I believe the hdd would still work.
Now, If I buy one of those hdd-to-usb external cases and connect my old hdd to my new machine can I retrive files?
The old HDD [2.5" 500GB drive from WD] had windows 7 and my new machine only supports win 10, so I won't try booting from it. The question is, if I connect it to my new machince like a normal usb, can I atleast retrive files from it, which were insdie my user of win 7.
Thanks.
