Is it better to have the optane small capacity or a full SSD (probably around 250gb like 850 EVO 2.5") to pair with the 1 tb hard drive I already have?
Mostly want this as a boot drive and I've heard some great stuff about optane but it doesn't seem that practical compared to just using the higher capacity samsung that's about the same price.
Is there something special about optane? I'm pretty sure it has its perks and I'll probably go for the samsung.
