I have put together a computer with some parts I had around and I can't get it to boot, I have tried 4 different PSU's which I know are all working fine, I have tried the CPU (i5 3570k) in my other computer so I know the CPU works okay, I have tried my CPU in the new build and it's responding the same way, with only the PSU plugged in (24 pin + 8 pin) outside of the case, not even the HSF plugged in, it will power up but the motherboard (Asus p8p67-M rev 3.0) has no video out so I can't see what it's done, when I plug anything else in it will only power on for about half a second and then off, even if the HSF is plugged in it will do it, I have tried looking through the forums but I can't find what's going on, cheers for reading

Parts tried
2x i5 3570k
1x Corsair AX860
1x Corsair VS350
1x CIT 500w
1x Aerocool 600w
1x Gigabyte UP5 Z77 TH
Multiple Corsair Vengenace DDR3 Ram 4G sticks in different slots

Edit forgot to add that I have tried to use an i5 2500k and Pentium G630

Well the G640 or 3570K wont work. If you want a CPU you'll have to find one that supports 0702 or under on the ASUS site

But if the link I posted is your mobo, there is no 0702 BIOS

If you mean the G630 that needs BIOS 1002. The Celeron G1630 needs BIOS 3701

I looked at the sticker and it says 0702 at the the end so I'm not sure what that it, the i5 2500k is currently installed, with 1 stick of ram installed it will start but I can't get a graphics card installed so I can't see what it's doing
