Looking to buy Batman Arkham Knight, but worried that PC may not be able to run. Here are my specs, at which settings can I get 60fps 1080p? Or even 50?
GTX 1050 2gb
12gb DDR4 ram
I7-7700
Any help would be great. Thanks!

Solution
You can play the game at probably some combination of Medium settings. I won't guess, though I did try the game on a slightly better graphics card (GTX680 2GB) and it ran okay once I carefully tweaked the settings.

You will need to balance things like anti-aliasing (to smooth jagged edges) and turn off PHYSX effects etc.

I recommend you force on Adaptive VSYNC then play around with the settings until you get Adaptive VSYNC roughly 90% of the time.

start game then exit (to put at top of list), then
NVidia CP-> manage 3d settings-> program settings-> add game-> (change setting)-> save

So assuming you have a 60Hz monitor you should remain mostly locked at 60FPS, but when you dip you will get some screen tear as VSYNC gets turned off...

So assuming you have a 60Hz monitor you should remain mostly locked at 60FPS, but when you dip you will get some screen tear as VSYNC gets turned off automatically to prevent added stutter if you can't maintain 60FPS with VSYNC ON (60Hz monitor). This is the point of Adaptive VSYNC.

Other:
The BENCHMARK FPS is not accurate. When you tweak, just turn VSYNC OFF at first, then play around until you get mostly 60 to 70FPS average then turn on. Adjust settings as needed such as dropping some setting lower if you get too much screen tearing (if Adaptive VSYNC is on).

that gives a rough idea of how the game will run... I doubt this is in budget, but I seem to remember reducing some stutter by using an SSD instead of an HDD... if you get some occasional STUTTER it may be due to texture loading from your HDD (hard drive) just so you know.

UPDATE:
In my ABOVE POST I meant "get 60FPS approximately 90% of the time" so that VSYNC is ON at that point. Adaptive VSYNC is always on if you enable it so that may have been confusing.

Again, that feature toggles VSYNC ON and OFF as needed because:
VSYNC ON - eliminates screen tear
- adds some lag
- *causes Stutter/Judder if your PC can't maintain 60FPS (for 60Hz monitor)

So VSYNC OFF causes screen tear, but does NOT have the added stutter/judder causes specifically by VSYNC as per above. So it's all about striking the best balance.

(the best way to play would be with a GSYNC monitor but they are expensive)
