This is my motherboard right now:

I plan to get this GPU but I'm not sure if it is compatible with my ASUS mobo. I checked it on PCPartsPicker but it's not in the list.

Can they be used together? Can you teach me the ways to know if a GPU is compatible with the mobos? Thank you. :)

Thank you so much for your answer!

Can you point me to where you can see that the GPU require 1 16x PCI-E slot? I can only see something like Bus Support PCI-E 3.0 x 4. Is this equivalent to 16x? Sorry for the questions. I've just built my PC last week. :)

I just knew by looking at the picture of the card, the connection on the bottom was 16x. 16x indicates the lanes available, or otherwise the length of the slot/connection. Most modern graphics cards today will all have a 16x length connection on the bottom. So a 16x GPU will not fit in the 1x slots that are on your motherboard, without an adapter.

That card only uses 4 lanes of PCIe, but it still requires a full length x16 slot. As already mentioned, the card will physically fit the motherboard. Also, being an Intel H110, it's modern enough that you won't need to do any BIOS updates to make a modern card work. So simply put the new card in, connect your monitor to the card and install the drivers and you'll be fine.
