I've been looking all over the internet for a solution for my problem but I can't find anything similar. While playing very hardware taxing games (Rust, Battlefront 2) my game will freeze and then crash with no report. It only happens in very taxing games though. I have tried messing with the memory by disabling system working set memory, but nothing is working. All my drivers are up to date. This has just recently been happening. Please help!

I also noticed that it's only with games on my SSD. But this could be a coincidence, I have other games on my SSD that don't crash.

I'll be playing a game and at random times (5 minutes in-1 hour in) it will freeze and the screen will go black and the game will crash with no report. The computer does not crash. There is no sound, it just stops. It returns to the desktop like nothing happened.

PS, thanks for the help

Doesnt sound like psu as that would cause reboots and shutdowns.

Memory problems will cause bsods or restarts

Your problem sounds like the os isnt fairing too well. Have you done a malware/virus scan?

How much space is left on your hdd? Try defragging.

Dont defrag an ssd if thats what you have.

I disabled it for a bit but then turned it back on, thinking it was the problem. I will run some programs tomorrow and let you know how it goes. Thanks a bunch.
