GTX 1080 Asus Strix Temps

I currently have an asus gtx 1080 strix ac running at:
+150 core clock
+510 memory clock
+100 core voltage
120% power limit


my room ambient temperature is around 28-30 c and my 1080 temps are:
36-38c when idle
74-76c when on stress test and full load



are my temps ok? i have changed the thermal paste to the arctic mx-4 before doing any overclock.

yep im playing pubg and temps are about the same as stress test temps

i realise that only two of my fans are spinning when idle (most left and most right, centre fan not spinning). Is it what it should do?

all fans do spin though when on full load
