Netflix is making my computer stutter

Solution
I've had similar issues in the past with Netflix. Usually, it's a Netflix problem, not a GPU problem. I would however update to the latest drivers, and there is a newer version than what you have, and I'd do it by performing a CLEAN install rather than just updating over the top of what is installed now. A CLEAN install of the newest drivers has cured this issue on a few occasions in the past. Other times it was simply due to poor internet connections or throttling by Netflix. Might also have to change the quality setting on your netflix options if some movies do it and others don't.

Okay so I figured it out turns out it was my GPU driver and I removed my display driver via windows and installed a far older driver version turns out the latest one is buggy (or like you previously proposed I do a complete fresh install of the drivers but for now everything is working)

P.S O and the driver that is currently working for me is 17.7.1

Thanks for you help darkbreeze
