Will an i3 7100 bottleneck a rx 570 4gb

I'm planning on buying a new gaming pc. Here are my specs
I3 7100
Asus Expedition rx570 4gb
8 gigs of ram
But i'm worried about bottlenecks. My initial plan was to get ryzen 5 1400 with gtx 1050 ti. Since there is a 90 dollar difference between these cards in our country I'm stuck on which system to get. Any help will be appreciated :)

For a modern gaming I just would buy not anything less than a true quad core. As Madmatt asked, what about the 1200?

If you really cannot go Ryzen then you might as well get the cheaper G4560 as it is so close the 7100 performance at nearly 1/2 the price. Just look at the reviews.
