Hi all,

I recently picked up a Ryzen 1700x and Asus Strix z370-f motherboard after a few months on a 7600k/z270 setup. I had purchased the GSkill Tridentz RGB 16GB (F4-3000C16D-16GTZR) and had been running fine at 3000mHz on Intel.

I came to find out about all the Tridentz issues with the SPD overwrite, etc. once I tried to overclock and kept getting random crashes.

I found the Thaiphoon Burner program and it shows that both sticks have CRC: Error. However, I am unable to find the exact SPD for F4-3000C16D-16GTZR to write back to the sticks. I have some experience in CPU/GPU overclocking, but this is my first time getting down into the details on RAM specifics. I have the latest BIOS (1001) on the board but it seems the issue stems from the AURA software I used to update the RGB.

Does anyone know if the other available profiles would work? I see one with F4-3000C14D-16GTZR but I have the C16 variant. I think the RAM looks great and matches my system, but is it worth going down this path? I am still within the return period, so let me know if there is a better Tridentz variant. I saw they announced AMD compatible kits, but can't seem to find them yet.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
