I need help choosing a good cooler (preferably liquid) for an AMD Ryzen 1600X with the price around or under $100. I am using the PC for gaming and I'm not looking to overclock.
Until now I have found the Corsair H60 but I heard that it makes a lot of noise.
Please tell me if I should stick to the H60 or recommend me a better one around the same price.
Thanks!

Liquid cooler doesn't make sense for what you're describing. You're not overclocking and you don't want it to make noise.

I always say liquid coolers should only be used when the best air cooler just isn't good enough. But I guess you can do what you want.

You could get a cheaper air cooler that would outperform the H60. Cryrog H5 is what I would recommend. I could recommend other liquid coolers, but they all make around 40dB or more (audible noise) whereas something like Cryorig H5 is at 30dB (near silent).

The Thermalright Macho rev. B is totally quiet and can even be used as passive CPU cooler without the fan.
It is big though with a 140 mm fan, but they make a smaller one with a 120 mm fan.
