What`s happening to my pc, I just bought new motherboard and PSU. When I turned it on nothing happens like wtf. No spinning of fans not at all even the PSU fans not working and I just bought it. Please help me and answer me quickly. I`m just wasting money tho.

The power button on the case gets connected to two pins on the motherboard, usually labeled as PWR_BTN and GND.
When pressing the button for starting the pc, you're actually connecting/shorting the 2 pins on the board.
Defective button, interrupted wires or a faulty connection would fail in shorting the 2 pins.
That's why I suggested touching them with a metal thing like a screwdriver.

I would start by testing with a paperclip the PSu to make sure it isn't a dud.
