Can I choose specific files to transfer from hdd to sdd?

Hi I’m getting a 120 gb sdd, but my hdd is 1tb so I can’t transfer all of it to my new sdd so I was wondering if I could transfer specific files onto my new sdd like just my os and games?
And if I could how?

Not really, no.
Some of the cloning applications (Samsung Magician) allows you to leave off certain things...Doc/Music/Video. But other than that, everything goes.

How much total space is consumed on your current drive?
What, exactly, consumes that space?
