I7-6700k PC help

I'm upgrading my PC with a I7-6700k and need help. there are a few things I'm unsure of:
#1. Is it worth overclocking?
#2. How much power do I need to run it? I've got a 650w power supply will that work?
#3. Whats the best fan to use that is cheap?
#4. What GPU should I get? I'm thinking 6gb GTX 1060?
#5. Is there anything i need to worry about when changing the cpu or do just take out the old one and put in the new one.

Also note I'm upgrading from an I5-6500. The I7-6700k was got second hand for free.

1) Yes if you have a motherboard that support overclock and a good cooling for it.

2) 650W is enough to run any single GPU setup at least.

3) What's your budget? For me, Noctua fan is the best if the color brown doesn't bother you at all.

4) What resolution do you plan to play on and what settings? If it just 1080P than GTX 1060 is enough for 1080P for high or ultra settings.

5) Make sure do it slowly and carefully, and prepare to apply new thermal compound.

Do you have any idea for the specific Noctua fan or will I be fine getting any of there range.
