Can't connect to EA

I was playing battlefront 2 on my ps4 without any problems from early access on Tuesday till yesterday. I disconnected from a match and had dinner and came back and was unable to connect. I kept getting error code 721 and 770. I looked them up and saw it could be because of increased traffic. I tried everything since yesterday. Power cycled my router changed dns and forwarded the ports. Then i initialized my ps4, uninstalled and reinstalled the game. But nothing works. I got online with ea support but they told me to run a uotrace and i did and they said i have some packet loss. I got on the phone with my ISP and they said everything seems perfect from their end and mine. I can connect to any other game except bf2 from any of my psn accounts. I really don't know what to make out of it. Is my ISP bullshitting me or is there something i am missing

haven't been able to play the game properly as i was planning to this weekend but i played a little everyday during early access and it worked just fine

please help

Since it is limited to just one company and small number of games it is much more likely the problem is with the game companies network and not yours. Many things can cause this from their servers to something with how their ISP connects to the internet.

Does not do a lot of good to even attempt to troubleshoot it, there is nothing you can do to fix it and you would hope the game company is aware of the issue and is attempting to fix it.

Your trace shows a little high latency but it is not really bad from what I can tell this is coming from the middle east likely going to the USA or maybe the EU.

There is not actually packet loss in the path, the nodes that say 100% loss are obviously telling lies since the trace would end there since nothing could get past.

Loss in the last hop is hard to say, it is not uncommon for game companies to have firewalls that block ping and tracert traffic.
