Hi all,
Specs:
■Radeon Sapphire R9-390
■MSI Z170A Gaming m5
■Intel i7-6700K @ 4ghz
■Thermaltake 850w Gold
■Windows 10
Monitors:
■BenQ xl2411z - DVI to DP
■Dell u2412mb - DVI
In the middle of playing video games, both screens went black and turned to stand-by. After checking device manager, it appears the card is still detected and upon physical inspection, is powered on and operating (fans, heat etc). Interestingly enough, when I plug either monitor in to the motherboard's DVI port, it shows as being run through the card and acts normally. No previous issues.
Have tried:
■Switching ports around on the card
■Different cables
■Re-installing drivers
■Re-seating card
Currently waiting for friend to get home to try the card on his rig.
