My two year old XFX Radeon R7 370 graphics card has been running crazy hot after I upgraded my system.
The other components I have are:
Ryzen 5 1600
MSI Tomahawk B350
Corsair LPX 2x4 GB 2666, c16
EVGA 500B (500W 80+Bronze)
CPU temps are fine (69C at 100% load). Before this when I overclocked the r7 370 to 1100 MHz it would max out at 80 degrees using Unigine Heaven. Now I run it at the stock 995 and it goes up to at least 100C (while playing PUBG). Was too scared to stress it with Heaven again.
I tried reapplying thermal paste twice, didn't do anything. Is the issue my motherboard's VRMs, the PSU? What can I do stop this thing from frying my system before I get invest in a better card?

This is what my system looks like. My graphics card seems to be over something, not sure what it is.
