Hello, I have a Genius HS-930BT bluetooth headset which I use on my Toshiba notebook, but since I started using it, the audio keeps cutting in and out randomly.

I tried them on my Samsung S8 and they work fine, no cutting at all, so I guess it's not a problem with the headset itself.

I googled some solutions for similar problems, such as disabling the mic and setting headset as default device, but none of them works.

OS: Windows 10
Notebook: Toshiba Satellite-L845

I would really appreciate if someone could help me with this issue, it's really annoying when watching movies, or even listening to music.

Thanks in advance.

Solution
1 . uninstall and reinstall the bluetooth driver and re-pair the device ,, might work

2 . Buy or borrow an USB bluetooth dongle and test if you encounter the same issue ...

I'm not tech savvy
and I bought a top of the line lap top and loaded it up with RAM
so a tech that was my sons friend came over to take a look
did all the usual things...reconnect...reboot... whatever
THEN
he said..lemmie try one more thing..
he took the bottom off the laptop and found the bluetooth antenna..
a white chip about 1"x1" right in the middle of the comp
with his fingernails he wiggled and pushed the connections tighter onto the chip
OMG!!!!!!!!!!!
PERFECT!!!!!
I can walk around and do anything now
PERFECT SIGNAL!!!!!
hope this might help someone

Greetings from a Tech nerd.

Do the following to enjoy a free life without stress or worries:

1 - Go to Bluetooth driver
2 - Open Power Management
3 - Untick *Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.*

I have no clue why, but ever since win 8 it can glitch out and cause headaches.
No need to get any external usb device.
