Hello Guys!
My name is Iosif and I'm a university student. So before 3 years I built my first system (I will list the specs below) with cpu a 860K. Last summer I upgraded my gpu to rx460 4GB ROG Strix OC edition. What paths of upgrade I have right now?(1.) I thought of an rx480 but I read the it bottlenecks my cpu. And I'm thinking of buying another same rx460 4GB ROG Strix OC edition...
The thing is... Will CF rx460 bottleneck my system?(2.) If it will then what can I possibly do 4 cheap?
PLS ANSWER 1 & 2 :)

My System specs :
Case: CoolerMaster K380 Midi tower
MoBo: Asus A88-X Gamer full size ATX mobo
Cpu: AMD Athlon X4 860K 3.7 Ghz @ 4.4Ghz 33°C
Cooler: CoolerMaster Hyper 212 Evo (push-pull configuration on Corsair SP120's)
Ram: Kingston HyperX 8Gb single dimm 1600Mhz CL10
Gpu: Asus Radeon RX460 4GB ROG STRIX OC EDITION
Psu: CoolerMaster G650M semi-modular
HDD: 1. Kingston HyperX Savage 240GB (read: 560 MB/s, write: 530 MB/s
2. Seagate Blue 500GB 2.5"

THANKS IN ADVANCE ;-)

Solution
The cpu is a bottleneck and there's really no cheap way to get around it.
You'd need a new mobo, ram and cpu which would cost around 300-500$
