help pc wont boot

Hello

My pc wont boot to window when i set memory on stick 1st and 3st (the red ones)
only boot to window when i set it on 1st and 2st stick (red/black ones)
anyways when I enable the xmp to get the 2133ghz of ram pc wont boot..

Spec
i7 4770k
asus maximus vi formula
ddr3 16gb 2133ghz(2*8gb) dominator platinium
corsair h100i
gpu gtx1070

old setup.. but when i enable xmp pc wont boot dont know why.. my ram its 2133ghz corsair plat
and mobo run it at 1333ghz only

Have you tested the 2nd and 4th slots?

yes.. i tested on all sticks.. only work on 1st 2st the first red and black ones.. pc doesnt boot on 1st/3st or 2st/3st or 3st/4st slot already tested.. and i try to set only 1 ram insted of 2 and pc wont boot

It looks like a bent pin issue, Try removing the cou and posting here a picture of the cpu socket.

If possible, try straightening them. A magnifying glass would help.

i managed to OC the ram manually and set the frequency at 2133ghz but should i keep using the pc like this?

Hard to say. Try running them like that until/if ever failing.

dont know if the cpu are in risk.. dont wanna risk the cpu.. for a mobo :S
