So my 2 year old build has a problem. As of a few days ago whenever I start it up it boots fine, goes to windows, then the screen suddenly goes black after about 30-45 seconds. Everything works fine up until then. The computer doesn't shut off, the screen just goes black. like a second or two before it happens the screen goes slightly darker. If i enter bios the same thing happens. I can interact with everything fine for a bit, then it suddenly goes black. Assuming a hardware issue i swapped out my GPU with an old one I had. Same thing. I also tried my PSU and trying one stick of memory in different slots. MB or CPU seems to be all thats left to try, but I hoped maybe someone here could suggest something else first.
