CPU Appears to have Stopped Working, Bluescreening every boot

About 3 days ago I was playing Fortnite with a couple of my friends when my computer randomly bluescreened, giving the error "CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT"
I rebooted my computer, and started normal use again (playing fortnite more), but then it again bluescreened, this time saying "MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION"
after this 2nd bluescreen the computer kept failing to boot, it would bluescreen before login. At one point i got a 3rd error message: "WHEA_UNCORRECTALBE_ERROR"
I got into the BIOS of my ASRock Fatal1ty z170 K6 and reset my overclock on my i7-6700k (only at 4.2 from 4.0, no change in voltage) and all the bios settings to optimized defaults, but it would usually freeze up in the BIOS and I would have to force the computer to shut off. The Dr. Debug indicator on the motherboard gave many different codes, but the most prominent were 36 and 00, both relating to the CPU, like the bluescreen errors. The computer used to get into loops of starting, bluescreening, restarting, then bluescreening again, etc., usually getting to Windows Automatic Repair, then crashing or freezing, but now it just fails to boot (the fans start, and the GPU fan starts twitching).
The Motherboard manuel suggests reinstalling the CPU, which I plan to do in the near future, anything else I can try? Is my processor just dead? Any help is appreciated. This is really annoying considering I paid $400 just this summer for new RAM, a new Mobo, and this new processor, and it's already messing up :(.

I did not alter the voltage at all, but im not sure what the default was at. I'll try to check if i can get back into the BIOS once more. I'll try the other 2 options now.

the power cables all seem to be snug, i reseated the RAM and even switched their slots. The computer still will not even start at this point, not even attempting to go to BIOS. The motherboard just gives the 00 debug code, meaning theres something wrong with the RAM or the CPU.

I just spent the last couple hours taking out the CPU and reinstalling, after this process the system briefly booted to the Windows Automatic Repair before bluescreening with a "MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION," and going back to it[s old ways. I do not understand how the system manages to boot if the CPU is dead?
