Hard drive not showing

I installed another hard drive that I wiped from a different computer and its not coming up in the disk managment but when I take out my main hard drive the new one works but when there are 2 it only picks up the old one. I used different wires to the modo and sata wires also nothing works. Thanks for anyone who can try and help.

I put the new drive in and downloaded win 10 on it and it worked but when I put both hard drives in the computer only picks up my old one not my new one I jiust put in. but if i put the new one in by itself it works
