I recently bought a Dell Inspiron 15 7567 and it was working fine until a week later, the laptop wouldn't turn on if it was running on battery but it works just fine if the AC adapter is plugged in. I have ran Dell's system support to check battery health, but it said that it was working just fine.

Ran across this on an older xps 13. Take some compressed air and blow it into the charging port and also into the end of the power adapter. That's what fixed the xps.
