Hello,
As stated in the title, my PC shuts down completely only when I game. This has happened for the past two weeks and it's really grinding my gears. I've made sure to update all drivers and keep everything up to date.
My Specs:
- GTX 770
- AMD FX(tm) 6300 Six-Core Processor
- 16 GB of DDR3 RAM
- EVGA 600B PSU
- ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0 Motherboard
- Inwin Griffin Mid-Tower Case
I monitor my computer's temperature with HWMonitor. My main guess is that it's the graphics card overheating. HWMonitor says that the 770 goes up to 43°C when idle and above 50°C when gaming. I don't think temperatures should be that high, especially when idle.
I'll keep you guys posted.
