Here in canada, the prices of ryzen 7s have dropped 20 - 38 percent off and I need help deciding which one to buy.

Ryzen 7 1700

Really cant decide between the the three! Need help asap.

It depends on if you will overclock. Part of me says that being someone who is inclined to overclock, I would be tempted to pick up the 1700 and a cooler, and overclock closer to 1800x levels.
