Already asked basically this but several things have changed so I need to revisit the whole thing.

Only things that are set in stone:
Ryzen 1600
This monitor: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824014578
NZXT S340 Elite case
This is on a $2000 or less budget, please keep that in mind with your suggestions. What I need help with is: GPU, mobo, RAM, keyboard, and any advice you're willing to give for this build. I know what I'm doing when it comes to putting it together but I'm really not sure what to do with the gpu for 2k and the mobi is kinda a toss-up

Nope with your montor the Vega 64 would be but its bit high priced. It puts you out beyond your price so will require cuts somewhere. Here it is with a B350.
