Hey, my computer is running with a nvidia gtx 1050ti and AMD FX(tm)-4130 quad core with 3.80ghz. But when I play csgo on all high I stay at around 30-40 frames and on all low I get 60-80, what do I do I feel like it should be higher fps than this.

Solution

I know with 99% certainty that it is your CPU. An old FX CPU may have many cores, but single core performance isn't very high, and that is why CS:GO isn't running at a very high framerate. I know from experience, back when I had an FX-8370 and GTX 760. Modern i9-X CPUs can get upwards of 1000FPS in maps like the new Dust II, so yeah. Sorry to break it to you, but a CPU upgrade is needed (Or overclock your existing CPU a TON.)

Not going to argue, but it is still a 5 year old CPU on a weak refreshed architecture with few cores. It would be more understandable to use an 8350 or similar CPU from the FX "8 core" line, as they were generally higher binned and had SMU (AMD's hyperthreading of the time).

Probably wasn't a bad CPU at the time, but that time has passed. A reasonable upgrade today would be something in the 8th Gen i3 or i5 lineup, the recent Ryzen quad cores, or even something like a xeon x5670 (Cheap, 6 core, 12 thread CPU, only downside is expensive motherboard if you want to overclock).
